Grace and truth are much more than words or concepts. You must understand that God became flesh, and in doing so, he communicated his desire for concepts and theories to become personal and experiential revelation. The reality is the moment you accepted Jesus you were made into a NEW and RIGHTEOUS creation. The majority of the church does not believe this, therefore, the majority of the church does not teach this. Most churches teach that Jesus is the only one who is righteous and holy, and that we are supposed to spend our entire life trying to become more righteous and holy. While I agree that Jesus is the only one who is holy and perfect, I do not agree that Jesus is the only who is righteous. Also, a`s Christians, or followers of Jesus, I do not agree that we can become MORE righteous than we are the moment we put our faith in Him.
